Today I had an amazing run!! I did 4 miles in 37:47, a 9:26 pace. It's not as fast as I was, but I think it was great!! I am so proud and I know that I CAN do it, so no giving up for me!! I felt great and am overly joyed. Can't wait to get back to racing! YAY!! :)
